Abstract (EN)
In cases that require the enforcement of personel reason for impunity or effectiv regret that allows exemption from punishment provisions in the Article numbered 171/1 of the Criminal Procedure Law numbered 5271, the Public Prosecutor is given the discretionary power to initiate a public prosecution, and the second paragraph of the article included the postponement of initiation of public prosecution.
