Abstract (EN)

The decisions taken by corporate companies in order to ensure continuity, to grow, to develop and to maximize the profit rate are one of the most important management items. Accordingly, in this study, to examine the effects of behavioral, psychological prejudices, in other words, intuition, feelings and traditional finance concept on investors in the financial decision making processes of the companies, as a result, the tendencies and attitudes of the investors against these results and It aims to reveal psychological and behavioral trends affecting financial decision processes and to analyze how these trends affect financial decisions taken. It is the experimental application survey method in this research, which deals with the effects of behavioral biases and financial concepts on financial decisions of businesses. In the first part of the research, literature review of finance and financial management concepts, decision models in financial investments, models based on investor behavior, prejudices affecting investor decision, effects of behavioral prejudices on financial decisions of businesses are made and explained in detail. In the second part of the research, the extent to which behavioral prejudices and financial concepts affect financial decisions were analyzed by the survey application method and the relationship was uncovered.
