Physicians tend to defensive practices to protect themselves against the increase of lawsuits. Defensive medicine is the applications to keep physicians themselves against medical malpractice case. Medical malpractices occured in the step of medical intervention and treatment is observed. Medical professional liability insurance which has began recently in our country in the face of negative cases consequences and which has been poorly understood is mentioned. It is understood that this type of insurance began recently in our country but not sufficiently developed and policyholders did not understand the issue of insurance and pay enough attention.
