Abstract (EN)

In this study it is evaluated that getting buffer designation that is close to optimal in a reproduction environment which also includes integrated disassembly process. Suggested reproduction environment is composed of five process. These are; disassembly and test process in which output components tests are done for the returning cores and disassembly process, repairing process for the fragments which can be regained with repairment, cleaning and maintenance process for the components which will be reinstalled, reinstalling process for the recycled and equipped new fragments. In this handled study to prevent production breakdowns which appear because of the inconveniences in disassembly process, buffer with timid capacity is needed. These buffers are placed in front of the stations and there are 3 apron level for these buffers. The number of the workers varies in each apron level. In the study a tail network model is suggested for the unsteady worker number and buffer with timid capacity. Then an algorithm which is suitale for suggested model is prepared and algorythm' s solution is provided with the help of C# computer programme. Validity of suggested model is tested with the scenario analyses and example application study. By being used the datas which were pruduced with simulation, consistent results were observed in both in single and multi factor analysis.
