Abstract (EN)
This study is a survey conducted in the Karşıyaka State Hospital nurse burnout. working in the hospitals in the study were included 217 nurses. screening method was used in the theoretical part of the study. The data were collected; literature by determining the levels of burnout participant information form prepared in the light of Maslach Burnout Inventory was used, the results are evaluated statistically. In the analysis of data using SPSS 17.0 software package was used. In the first part of the study definition of burnout, size and stage were discussed. The second part describe factors affecting burnout and burnout models. In the third chapter of the text, effects of burnout, consequences and prevention, assessment of burnout were introduced. In the fourth section of the study Karşıyaka State Hospital nurses' survey findings and burnout levels are explained. Acceptance and rejection of the assumptions discussed in the conclusion of cases; emotional exhaustion score, depersonalization scores, low sense of personal achievement score and burnout are described in relation to the overall mean scores of demographic characteristics.
