Abstract (EN)

It is important today to find and research alternative materials for a sustainable environment, with the efficient and effective use of resources that our country has. As with all composite materials, Bituminous blends are intended to optimize the behavior of the mix using a variety of additives, increase its durability and reduce maintenance cost/time. Currently, the Modified mix is accelerated and the effects of different materials on the mix are investigated. Our study explored the mixture effects of diatomit as mineral filler in bitumen-hot mixtures. The study explored the availability of diatomitine as filler in asphalt concrete skins. To this end, Marshall briquettes were prepared in all contents of 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5% using limestone aggression and fringe powder filler. These samples were prepared with the Marshall stability and flowing experimentation procedure, stability value, flow value, bulk specific gravity (Dp), percentage of voids (Vh), percent voids filled with asphalt (Vfa), voids in mineral aggregate (VMA) values were found. The optimum amount of bitrate is determined by drawing relevant graphics from limestone sample results. Based on the optimum amount of bits determined and using the same gradation, limestone filler and diatomical filler material were replaced by 0, 25, 50, 75, 100%, producing samples of diatomically substituted asphalt concrete. Diatomitic filler have been evaluated by detecting the stability, flow, Dp, Vh, Vma, VMA values of substituted briquettes. Research has found that samples containing 25% diatomites have high stability and proper flow values.
