Abstract (EN)
The enzymes that are important in hydrolysis and synthesis of lipids are lipases. Changing dietary habits in today's conditions have made obesity chronic. Obesity can be controlled by inhibition of lipase enzyme. Since ancient times, plants have always been used for therapeutic purposes. It is important to determine the effect of herbal and natural products on anti-obesity on pancreatic lipase enzyme. In this study, pancreatic lipase inbition activities of methanol, hexane, chloroform, acetone, and boiling extract obtained from root, stem, leaf and flower parts of Digitalis lamackii Ivanina plant were analyzed. Extracts showed inhibition effect between IC50 values of 64-761 µg/ml. Extract obtained by trunk boiling and hexane showed the highest inhibition effect with values of 64 and 101 µg/ml IC50.
