Abstract (EN)
The development of digital technology has greatly impacted every aspect of people's lives. Undoubtedly, along with the positive effects of this change, there have also been negative effects. We become so absorbed in the fast production and consumption offered by this new way of life that we do not see the negative effects it creates and continue our lives without thinking about the damage it causes. Today, cinema art is intertwined with digital technology, just like every aspect of life. Like in life, there are both positive and negative reflections of digital technology in cinema. After film material was replaced by digital technology, cinema art was affected by many positive and negative situations, especially in the shooting and post-production stages. After the shooting is completed, a digital transformation takes place in the editing, effects applications, color correction, sound design and distribution-screening stages. Since digital technology is constantly renewing itself, this transformation is also continuously ongoing. In our country, with the development of digital technology, we see that film production costs have relatively decreased and the number of films produced has increased. However, it is seen that there is a great loss in terms of quality and aesthetics when looking at the majority of films completed quickly and at low costs. Moreover, most of these films, which are realized with the idea of attracting the attention of cinema audiences, are not embraced by the audience. Among this pile of films, very few high-quality productions are found. Digital technology should be used to make films more aesthetically pleasing. Cinema is a powerful weapon to tell stories that will touch people's hearts. Using digital technology should not be the aim; it should be a tool to convey these stories to the audience.
