The effect of entrepreneurial skills on business success in digitalisation processes.

Changes affect all areas of life significantly, as well as businesses. Businesses need to constantly innovate in order to be a part of change, to cope with their competitors, and to meet the changing expectations around them. In order to adapt to these changes and to manage all these processes, it is necessary to use both digitalization and entrepreneurship skills. According to this information, the study aims to investigate the effects of digital tools and entrepreneurial skills on business success. In order to collect data for the research, a questionnaire was applied to 111 organizations operating in four countries. The SPSS 23.0 package program was used to evaluate the findings. In this context, the analysis of the factors affecting the success factors of the enterprises; Tested with Independent Sample T-Test, One Way Analysis of Variance (Anova) and Regression Analysis. As a result of the research, a significant relationship was observed between the digital tools used and the success factors affecting businesses. It was also observed that if the digital tools used and the importance given to these tools increase, the success factors affecting the businesses also tend to increase. Among digital tools, the use of digital tools in accounting activities has come to the fore. On the other hand, no significant relationship was found about the effect of entrepreneurial skills on the success of enterprises. But among entrepreneurial skills, the ability to be disciplined came to the fore.
