The effect of language deformation on communication and visual solution recommendations for raising social awareness

With technological developments, nations become more communicative with one another. In the today's world where Internet is actively used, fast intercommunal access has got easy and gained importance. With this access, it is seen that many foreign language items have enter in almost every single language. Since it is impossible to stop the network that this access brings, no language will stay as pure as it was before. The aim of this theses is to inform societies, to help internalization of the importance of language concept and to stop the habitation of foreign items in a language with making people who speak that language realize these items. Destruction that may come with negative outcome in a language in today's conditions must be detectable by societies. It can be said that destruction in language can cause division in people. In recent years, the deformation and the misusage of Turkish language reached critical levels. In research part of the theses, it is focused to the history of language, its effect on communication, the problems caused by and may be caused by destruction of language. In the 3rd and 4th section, the most common mistakes made in the language and the practices that supports language destruction in visual media is surveyed. The rules that constitute language structure progress depending upon the values of the society that uses that language, and it can be said this has importance for many nations. Along with technology that changes from past to present, it is seen that societies' course of life is in change. The diversity we have in mass media has provide the concept of digital age to gain different forms. Language that effected by information technology and progression of technology can create unexpected negative outcomes and be in conflict with societies' values. The conclusion and practice section of the theses are prepared by taking these developments into consideration.
