The research on the attitude and behaviors of religious individuals against the disabled

Being born disabled or being disabled is one of the most difficult issues to understand in human life. As in all other areas of life, religion provides us convenience and aims . For this purpose, we can overcome and find answers to the problems that we experience. The main focus of the research is whether there is a difference in the attitudes towards the disabled by instrinsic religiousness and extrinsic religiousness. As a result of our study, a positive relationship has been found between the religiosity level and attitudes towards disabled people. Attitudes towards people with disabilities increased positively as instrinsic religiousness level increased. In our study, both qualitative and quantitative research methods have been used. In our study, the results of the survey conducted with Allport's religiosity scale and the attitude scale prepared by ÖZİDA have been presented and evaluated.
