Dentist's duty of clarification

Dentist; who are authorized to carry out all professional activities related to the protection of the health of teeth, gums and mouth and jaw tissues directly associated with them, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of diseases and disorders. Medical procedures are any activity that the dentist carries out directly or indirectly on the patient's body and body integrity, including the condition of indication. Dentsits have a number of obligations to patient, when they first make contact. In this regard, duty of clarification is the most violated either dentist or general medical physician. In this first part of our study, after the basic concepts, the legal chracter of the dental contract and the conditions for the law abiding dentist's medical procedure have been explained, the duty of clarification has been examined in detail in the second part. In the third and last section, it is explained that, consequences of breanch of duty of clarification and before that topic, which evidence proves the damage of the patient and the reflections of the expert institution and medical practices in this sense.
