Abstract (EN)

This study is to consider the phenomenon of subsequent migrant births as a result of international migration movements in the Eastern Mediterranean region, and to reveal the conditions and conditions of migrant birth in the informal sectors in the perspective of Turkey and Lebanon. The effect of refugee labor on the informal sector in Turkey and Lebanon and the policies implemented in this way are discussed. At the same time, the differences and similarities in the registration sectors of the two migrant labor between these countries are systematically compiled. Turkey and Lebanon draw attention as the countries with the highest refugee/immigrant region, especially in the Mediterranean region. Turkey hosts refugees living in those fleeing conflict zones in the Middle East. Lebanon is facing a major refugee crisis from the wars in Syria. In this context, the views and problems of immigrants in these two countries emerge. On similar issues, the policy and, nevertheless, the implementation point of view among this country stands out. In this context, problems, challenges and solutions are synthesized for the effective integration of the labor of immigrants for the two countries. Turkey has developed policy by offering temporary protection practices and work permit arrangements for Syrian refugees. In Lebanon, on the other hand, although limited work permits are given to refugees, these permits seem to be insufficient. In Turkey and Lebanon, informal work in sectors such as agriculture, construction and domestic services are common sectors that stand out as important problems. migrant employment and regulations, social protection, human rights violations and social rights the perspective of Turkiye and Lebanon draws attention as the most detailed problems.
