The Tanzimat Period, which is called the period when the Turkish mentality began to change in Anatolia, can be called a process in which differences occur in every respect and the Turkish enlightenment begins. The intellectuals, who turned their faces to the West and focused on development and change, also gave great importance to the works in the field of literature. This period was followed by the years of the National Struggle. Leading intellectuals of the period tried to enlighten them by sharing their thoughts in order to shed light on the publiC. As of the period, the easiest way is the magazines. The Thought Magazine also has an important place in informing the public and directing it to literature and art. This study, in which two copies of the Thought Magazine published in 1918 and eight copies published in 1922, were translated and evaluated, consists of four parts. In the first part, information about the structure and content of the Thought Magazine was given and the articles published in the magazine were examined thematically. In the second part, information about the lives of the authors whose articles are published in the journal and a detailed index of the articles published in the journal are given. In the third chapter, the articles published in the magazine are classified and evaluated according to their types. The fourth chapter ten of the years 1918-1922 Magazine of Thought has been given copies of transcription from the Turkish Ottoman to Turkish Turkey.
