Abstract (EN)

IV SUMMARY Biosignals are produced while the brain is working. The signals are perceived by the electrodes and then are transformed into electric signals called an electroencephlogram (EEG) by a machine known as an electroencephalograph. EEG is used for obtaining the functional and mental activity of the brain. EEG divided into four spectral components (5, 9, a ve p ) during physical and mental activity of the brain. It is comment on the brain and body by examination those components. In this study, EEG signals divided into four frequencies sub bands as alpha, beta theta and delta by using Wavelet Transform. Depending on these sub frequencies and Neural Networks have been developed and trained. The most important point of Neural Networks have decision after training. Hundreds of epochs have been tested by using NN and it has been big success for different epochs of the NN output. As a result, doctors explain the signals better by using this method. Thus, they diagnose illnesses more correctly.
