Abstract (EN)
Education, a phenomenon that is important for every society, is a topic that is very focused on with its decisive role in the development levels of countries. It is undoubtedly the educators who play the leading role in the education sector. Educators, the higher the level of satisfaction in business life, and the higher the level of well-being in life satisfaction, the more ideal success in the education sector will come with it. To observe the impact of the organization in the education sector on job and life satisfaction, this study is a field study aimed at determining the job and life satisfaction of high school teachers who are union members and non-union members. As a research area, the responses of high school teachers working in the private and public sector were applied in Bursa province in the Southern Marmara region. Previously, in many academic studies, the concepts of 'job satisfaction' and 'life satisfaction' were studied separately. But the concepts of work and life satisfaction have not been studied together, taking into account the impact of trade union organization. In addition, another aspect that gives a different direction to the study is the consideration of high school teachers in the form of the public and private sector. Identifying the problems faced by high school teachers who are employed in the public and private sectors and the impact of the organization on their work and life satisfaction are taken into account. According to the results obtained, this study will create a resource for regulating both executive roles and tasks in business life, as well as existing working conditions, as well as the optimal expectations of high school teachers. As for trade union organization, it is also a resource that will be used by the managers of the organization to gain members and monitor the expectations of existing members.
