Abstract (EN)

We are always pursuing the development and growth of the aviation industry in our country and in the world. With this development, problems within the sector are growing in the same place. Facing increasing passengers and aircrafts, airports are having difficulty in providing services. The biggest demonstration of this, unfortunately, is the delays experienced in airline business along with aviation accidents and crashes in the world. Increasing fuel and energy costs in the world are compounding the problem of delaying competition. In this work we have done, we are trying to proposing solutions to these two basic problems. We wanted to draw attention to these two concepts by making SHELL Model and CRM concepts accepted in the world about flight safety and productivity as the backbone of our work. We also proposed the Aeromony concept for the aviation sector, which is also related to the scope and scope of the CRM approach. Another major problem with airline companies is the delays experienced by a private airline company. Considering that some of the living delays are the flaws in the flight operation preparation process, the "Coordination Unit" proposal has been introduced in order to overcome this problem and to at least reduce the delay times. In summary, it is thought that if the concept of flight safety is a climate of thought for aviation sector employees, possible accidents and crashes can be avoided. It should also be noted that the improvements to be made regarding the delay period will contribute to the economy of the country together with airline operators. Key Words: Aviation, Delay, SHELL Model, CRM, Aeromony, Coordination Unit, Thought climate
