Abstract (EN)
In this research, six selected group of art objects of Ekrem Hakkı Ayverdi Collection will be examined through the biography, works and networks of Ayverdi. As a transition figure from late Ottoman period to early Republican period, Ayverdi donated all of his collection to Academy of Kubbealtı Culture and Art Foundation. With the help of Ekrem Hakkı Ayverdi's collection, his faith of culture will be examined in terms of quality of the collection, his view of Turkish art, and relation between architecture and his collection.
