One of the greatest divine ideals in the world, to be engaged in science and to be an alfaquin in religion. The subject matter of the thesis titled "Imam-i Qurtubi's preferences in the provisions of atonement (compilation and analysis) in the context of al-Câmi' li's-Ahkâmi'l-Qur'an exegesis", is to deal with Imam Qurtubi's approach to the subject of atonement provisions. This study is an inductive and analytical review. First, the verses of the Qur'an about the provisions of atonement were compiled and then each verse passage is analyzed analytically. In this study; it is aimed to after dividing the provisions of atonement into sections, explaining Imam-i Qurtubi's approaches to this issue with mental and transfer evidence, ensuring subject integrity by exhibiting the views of other commentators and glossators. The researcher contented himself with explanations illustrating how Imam-i Qurtubi made a choice in this regard. Thus, the issue of atonement is one of the important Fikh issues in Islamic law is a science that a person always needs to atone for his sins. A slow style was followed due to the depth of the subject and the abundance of idioms it contains. The most important results obtained in this study are as follows: Qurtubi's gloss is a very valuable work containing
