الموازنة بين ابن عاشور والقاسمي في سورة الطلاق دراسة مقارنة
Surah Al-Talaq is one of the important surahs in the Book of God, and it was called "short Surat Al-Nisa" because it contained important issues that dealt with the issue of divorce, and the consequent provisions of the waiting period, breastfeeding, spending, housing, witnessing divorce, and returning to the husband. This study sheds light on this surah in two great interpretations: "Mahasin al-Taw'il" by Al-Qasimi, and "Al-Tahrir wa Al-Tanweer" by Ibn Ashour, as their sayings were narrated in the interpretation of the surah and collected what they mentioned about it, then a comparison was made between them and extracting similarities and differences The study also shows the approach of the two imams in their interpretation, and how they inferred explanatory, grammatical and linguistic issues. In all of this, the researcher followed the inductive, analytical, and comparative approach when tracing and comparing the two interpretations. He also used the historical descriptive approach when introducing the two imams, their scientific biography, and their two books. The study reached results, the most important of which are: During the comparison between the two books in the interpretation of Surat Al-Talaq, it became clear that Al-Qasimi relied heavily on interpretation by tradition, and he quoted it on this matter as al-Tabari, while Ibn Ashour relied on interpretation by opinion more, and his interpretation was dominated by the linguistic aspect. The two commentators also avoided Israeli narrations and weak and fabricated hadiths. As for the readings, Ibn Ashour did not stop at the seven readings, but took every reading that was valid, while Al-Qasimi did not mention only one reading in Surat Al-Talaq. Concerning the reasons for the revelation of the verses, both commentators dealt with the name of the surah and the reason for naming it, but Ibn Ashour expanded more. As for the linguistic aspect: Al-Qasimi did not delve into grammatical and syntactic issues, but rather referred to the syntax of vocabulary briefly, while Ibn Ashour expanded in mentioning the syntactic aspects, and he used to give preference to them and inferred from Quranic verses to support his words, and the two agreed not to infer poetry in the surah, As for the rhetorical aspect: Al-Qasimi's handling of rhetorical issues was limited and he did not delve deeply into citing rhetorical issues and did not mention a scholar on whom he relied from among the rhetorical scholars. تحليل الآراء الفقهية لأكمل الدين البابرتي في كتابه العناية شرح الهداية كتاب الكفالة أنموذجا".
From what God Almighty preserved his religion with is that he prepared for the nation men who bore the banner of knowledge, and who drew the sword of the Book and the Sunnah, and took their diligence and knowledge as a shield with which to shield them. Among these men was the completeness of the Babarti religion, whose questions and sciences spread throughout the world, and God Almighty bestowed upon me and enabled me to study the opinions of this scholar in the book of sponsorship from the book of Inaya, Sharh al-Hidaya by al-Babarti, in which he explained the book of alHidaya by al-Marghinani. What prompted me to choose this title is the importance of the book Al-Inaya, Sharh Al-Hidaya in Hanafi jurisprudence. Because it is considered one of the basic references in the aforementioned school of thought, and the Babarti is one of the prominent figures referred to in the Hanafi jurisprudence. My approach in this thesis was to collect the jurisprudential views of the Babarti in the book of guarantee, analyze them and compare them with the considered jurisprudential schools, extract the Qur'anic verses, the noble hadiths of the Prophet, and judge the authenticity of the hadiths. . The nature of the work necessitated that the topic of the thesis be divided into two chapters: each chapter included several topics and demands, distributed in my thesis as required by the context. XI And the most prominent results that I reached through my thesis: that the Babarti was not limited to the evidence agreed upon from the Book, the Sunnah, consensus, and analogy, but rather went to others, and inferred some of the evidence in which there is disagreement, such as his inference by analogy, the saying of the Companion, approval, custom, and legislated before us, as well as from what I reached that Babarti In his issues and opinions, he presents the correct evidence over other evidence of lesser rank than the correct one. المختصر الراشف من زُلال الكاشف" للشيخ محمد بن أيوب التاذفي (المتوفى: 705هـ) من اول سورة القصص إلى نهاية سورة الصافات دراسة وتحقيق
The research dealt with the Hashiyah of Sheikh Al-Tathifi (Al-Muhtasar Al-Rashef Min Zulal Al-Kashef), which is one of the footnotes on the interpretation of AlZamakhshari from the beginning of Surat Al-Qasas to the end of Surat Al-Safat, a study and investigation. Its importance comes as it is one of the books that explained one of the famous interpretations of Imam Al-Zamakhshari, which is "Tafsir Al-Kashshaf"; Who was distinguished by his presentation of Quranic studies, especially linguistic ones, readings and syntax, and the author of this footnote is Sheikh Al-Tathifi, who had a good addition to the interpretation of Al-Zamakhshari in the narratives and Quranic readings. One of the results of the study was that although he relied on the interpretation of Al-Kashshaf, he did not neglect the books of the previous imams, especially the interpretation of Al-Samarqandi and Al-Tha'labi, and he added to them from his understanding and knowledge, so he presented this interpretation to us. This book contained the most important sciences in interpretation, readings, language, grammar, and others, and the author followed an integrated approach in it, starting from the beginning of the surah to its end. With hadiths and narrations, which are often narrations in the interpretation of the Qur'an, he lists the Qur'anic verses, puts them in brackets, and then conveys the explanatory sayings contained in them, relying on what was mentioned by the imams of interpretation, especially Zamakhshari, Al-Thalabi and Samarkandi, Likewise, he wrote readings, language, and grammar, and he mentioned his opinion on many issues, especially in readings, grammar, and language, and he mentioned more than the aspects of Quranic readings. I followed the descriptive approach in studying and verifying this manuscript, according to the scientific method used in researching manuscripts. Keywords: Interpretation (Tefsir). Al-Tathifi.
In my thesis, I have studied a part of Imam Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Tayfor Al-Ghaznawi, Alsjawandi's manuscript ('iinsan eayn almaeani fi tafsir alkalam alrabaanii). A number of science students from Çankırı University joined me in my manuscript study. There were 32 plates from Enam surah to the end of Ibrahim surah. The said book ('iinsan eayn almaeani fi tafsir alkalam alrabaanii) covers many meanings and the reasons for revelation of many verses. While studying the manuscript, I have used many methods used in manuscript studies. At the end of the study, I have reached several conclusions. A study is a human and heritage thing. Therefore, we the students of Çankırı University need to continue studying interpretation manuscripts that are part of our academic studies
المختصر الراشف من زلال الكاشف للإمام التاذفي (705 هـ) من أول سورة الحج إلى آخر سورة النمل ( دراسة وتحقيق )
This study aimed to investigate "Al-Mukhtasar Al-Rashef Min Zalal Al-Kashef" by Sheikh Muhammad bin Ayoub Al-Tadfi (T: 705 AH), on the interpretation of Al-Zamakhshari from the beginning of Surat Al-Hajj to the end of Surat An-Naml, The importance of this Hashiyah comes from the value of its origin, as it is an explanation and a summary of the book "Al-Kashaf", which comes in second place after the interpretation of Al-Baydawi among the most books dealt with by scholars with explanation and commentary, and the book of Al-Zamakhshari is considered one of the sources of interpretation by opinion: it shows the rational approach adopted by the author with the intention of showing the Quranic miracle. It is a unique book in its grammatical, rhetorical and linguistic content. Al-Zamakhshari benefited from al-Jurjani, who was the sheikh of rhetoric scholars, accordingly, the abbreviation of Al-Tadfi acquires great scientific importance as it is an abbreviation for this great book. In order for the study to achieve its objectives, the researcher followed the descriptive-historical approach when translating the two imams Al-Zamakhshari and Al-Tadfi and presenting his biographical and scientific biography. In the investigated section, he followed the method of investigation and commentary in terms of copying the text, its exactness, comparison between the copies of the book, extracting sayings and sayings and attributing them to their sources. The most important conclusions of the study were: Al-Tadfi disagrees with Zamakhshari in his Mu'tazili views, As he deleted all Mu'tazili issues from his book " Al-Mukhtasar Al-Rashif ", as well as the diversity and authenticity of the sources quoted by Al-Tadfi in his brief book. He quoted from the great scholars who preceded him, such as al-Tabari, al-Samarqandi, al-Tha'labi, and al-Harawi, among the imams of interpretation, also, Al-Tadfi was more likely to mention hadiths with meaning, and he inferred weak hadiths and weak Israeli narrations. The Al-Tadfi approach was based on selecting some verses and not explaining all of them. He used to cite poetry very little in his book, And more than grammatical and rhetorical issues, as is the case with the original book that he explained (the book of Zamakhshari). Keywords: Interpretation, Al-Rashif, Al-Tadfi, Al-Zamakhshari, Surat Al-Hajj, Surat An-Naml.

Analysis and Analysis of Ebi'-Münâ al-Bâbî al-Halebî's Work entitled Muhtasarun Mimmâ leyse fi'r-Ravzati ve'l-Minhâci (From marriage to the end of the hulu section)
This research deals with a manuscript by Abd al-Malik bin Ali bin Abi alMuna al-Babi al-Halabi, and it included the study and investigation of the book Purification, in which the author intends to collect rulings related to this section, so he stands on the rulings of the Shafi'i school of jurisprudence, to clarify their legal aspects, and he may correspond in some of its branches between rulings The Shafi'i school and what was mentioned by all the imams of the jurists, relying on textual rulings, or mental evidence, and Al-Halabi spoke about purity, and detailed the saying in its foundations, conditions and ramifications, and related to it from the chapters of tayammum, ablution, induction, wiping over the socks or splint, menstruation, Based on the sources of Shafi'i jurisprudence. Hence, this manuscript took care of an important part of the Shafi'i jurisprudence, and clarified the related provisions, conditions, and ramifications. Intellectual and other transmission, it was what deserves investigation, after it was overlooked by studies, and the pens of investigators, and it was what highlighted a good culture associated with the encyclopedic sciences witnessed in the ninth and tenth centuries AH. Interest in the sciences of the Qur'an has been, and still is, one of the most important issues in Islamic science since the early periods of Islam. The researcher carefully examined this manuscript and made an effort to reveal the glow in it in the most beautiful way. There are many reasons why I chose this manuscript. One of them is that the subject of the work is the supreme Qur'an, and the other is that the author lived in the times when the sects first emerged. Another reason is my curiosity towards the science of tafsir in general, my interest in the subject and the introduction of this tafsir to the Islamic literature. Another reason is the extensive knowledge of the owner of the manuscript. and the fact that the civilization and scholarly level was very high during his lifetime. Imam al-Makdisi wrote his tafsir with the knowledge he gained from his teachers and sheikhs after many years of scientific expeditions. Imam Sahavi translated his work, but the names of his famous students could not be found. He became famous as "Shamseddin Muhammad al-Maqdisi al-Shafii". With this nickname, his relation to Al-Quds Al-Sharif is because he is Palestinian. He is also named as El-Alem al-Rabbani al-Amin, meaning the imam of the commentators. He had subtle insight and perspective. Imam al-Makdisi used a unique style in his Tafsiru'l-Kur'ani'l-Azim. We can mention the following features that distinguish al-Maqdisi from other commentators. At the beginning of the sura, he writes that the sura is 'Meccan' or 'Medeni' at the beginning of the tafsir. He explains the verses with their meanings and examines the word in terms of language. In this, he makes use of the commentary of the commentators and Lugatu'l-Al Arab as a source. In some places, he writes the recitation differences with their proofs. He gives the sources he cited in a very short and concise manner by explaining their meanings. Before starting the tafsir, al-Maqdisi deals with all the verses in the Qur'an in general. He determines the relationship and harmony of the verses with another verse. He deals with the verses according to the Shafi'i sect in terms of fiqh rules. For this reason, the nickname Shafii was added to his name in his tafsir. He refers to the views of all the scholars and commentators before him, whether they are compatible with his tafsir or not, whether they are from his sect or not. He expresses the jurisprudence that conforms to Imam Shafii and Ahl as-Sunnah. He prefers the easiest in phrases. He mentions the ideas together with the person reporting the idea. He narrates the hadiths in his tafsir from Sahiheyn and other hadith books. In many places, I came across him expressing his opinion from Imam Qurtubi. Hud suresinde akîdenin terbiyesine dair örnekler
The research dealt with the Doctrinal Educational Signs in Surat Hud, an Objective Study. The research showed the importance of faith in God Almighty and the emphasis on the pillars of faith, including faith in the previous messages, its prophets, and the miracles performed by God Almighty at the hands of these prophets. The study also referred to the end of oppression and tyrants, as well as to the end of Pharaoh. Among the topics covered by the research is trust in God Almighty, which was referred to by some verses of the blessed surah. If trust is achieved with the servant, then he has gained tranquility in his heart and lived free, not deceived by money or worldly gains. The study also showed that the prophets showed miracles, and that God Almighty did not send a messenger except that he supported him with something that proves his sincerity, or incapacitates his challengers, and miracles differ from people to people, according to what that people are famous for. The study also indicated that whoever follows the oppressor will perish with his destruction, and in all his affairs and linking the causes to God,s will, which is complete trust in God Almighty. The researcher also referred to the prominent feature of the prophets, peace be upon them, and the preachers after them, which is the great function for which God sent the messengers and revealed the books, namely the call to unite God Almighty, reform the nations and lift injustice from people, and the greatness and sanctity of the call; It was purely for God Almighty, and introducing people to their Lord without return, which is what the prophets have always stated: I do not ask you for a reward for it. Likewise, pointing out that reform saves nations from destruction, and that injustice destroys them. Because reform is a safety valve for nations, and injustice is the key to their destruction. The study touched on signs related to the remembrance of God Almighty, on top of which is seeking forgiveness; Because of his great virtues and abundant blessings; Because it works to free the heart from sins, so that it is pure in the future of acts of worship. Where blessing and facilitation, and reconciliation with the name of God. Among the educational references in this surah is the command to maintain prayer. And that egoism is one of the attributes of obedient believers, and it is a sign that accompanies the true believer, so he is humble and reassuring, and he follows the path of humility towards the believers. Among the most important findings of the researcher are: that the faith bond takes precedence over the blood bond, so the principle here is belief in God Almighty and good deeds, without being deceived by what is less than that, such as the clan bond, the blood bond, or the national bond, and this is apparent in the story of our master Shuaib, peace be upon him. Among the educational signs mentioned in the surah is the call to uprightness and steadfastness in religion, that is the verse that grayed the Prophet. Keywords: Interpretation. Surat Hud. تفسير القرآن" للمصري شمس الدين محمد الشافعي: ( من اول سورة الفرقان الى نهاية سورة النمل ) دراسة و تحقيق
The research dealt with one of the rare scientific treasures, which is "The Interpretation of the Great Qur'an" by a scholar of the ninth century AH, Shams al-Din Muhammad al-Masri al-Shafi'i (d. after 897), from (the beginning of Surat al-Furqan to the end of Surat al-Naml) as a study and investigation. The book included an explanation of the meanings of the verses, either by clarifying the vocabulary through the language, or clarifying the meaning in general through the sayings of the commentators. The author followed an approach based on commenting on the verses in a single surah, so he does not leave a sentence or an individual without commenting on it. Some terms as they appear, and take care of the readings in their places, frequent and abnormal ones as well. The researcher divided the research into three chapters: In the first chapter, the author's personal life, his name, lineage, surname, nickname, family, and upbringing, was introduced, and the author's scholarly life, his request for knowledge, his sheikhs and students, his scholarly standing, and his effects. Inference, as he clarified the names of its sources and resources, the advantages of its method and the most important drawbacks. In the investigation and commentary, he used a method that relied on documenting the sayings, returning them to their context, translating the media, defining terms and doctrines, and clarifying what might be suspected by readers and researchers. The third and final chapter included the investigator book. Then, at the end of the research, the researcher included a conclusion explaining his findings. Among the most prominent of these results is that the author prevailed in his method of interpretation by tradition, and he cared about the Qur'anic context, especially those that were not explained by other scholars and commentators, keen to clarify the Qur'anic miracle, and he also cared about abnormal and frequent Qur'anic readings, and he combined different sciences in discerning and clarifying the meanings of the verses, and his sources were diverse and abundant. . Praise be to God, who is righteous praise.
ادب الخطاب في القرآن الكريم "قصة موسى عليه السلام مع فرعون انموذجا
This study dealt with the literature of discourse in the Holy Quran, by studying the story of Moses, peace be upon him, and his dialogue with the Pharaoh of Egypt, who claimed divinity, so God destroyed him and his soldiers drowned in the river. The importance of this study comes from the importance of discourse literature and its types in general, and the Quranic discourse and its characteristics in particular, and from Centrality of the story of Moses and Pharaoh in the Holy Quran. The study followed the analytical descriptive approach in describing the events of the story, purely from the impurities of the Israeli stories. Then analyzing the texts of the dialogue between Moses, peace be upon him, and Pharaoh in the Qur'an, And the Quranic discours Discourse: Strengths and Shortcomings. The most important findings of this study can be mentioned as follows: The story of Moses and Pharaoh, being a common story between the monotheistic religions, is full of false stories and so-called "Israeliyat". And that one of the etiquette of the speech that appeared in the hadith of the
أثر اختلاف القراءات القرآنية في المعنى التفسيري من خلال تفسير القرآن العظيم لابن كثير (من أول سورة النور إلى نهاية سورة النمل) دراسة تطبيقيّة
The research aims to reveal the issues mentioned by Ibn Kathir in his commentary on Nur, Furkan, Shuara and Neml surahs. The science of recitation is a science of the Qur'an, and all Qur'an students and commentators should learn this science and Arabic. While talking about recitations and others, Ibn Kathir followed a unique method and combined the fixed, mutawatir recitations and saz recitations that he pointed to, and he was not limited to mentioning only mutawatir recitations. In his tafsir, he also mentioned shaz qiraats and other qiraats. Sometimes he recited the qira by referring to the qari, and sometimes he talked about the qiraah directly without mentioning the qarii. Sometimes, he recited the common recitation or other recitations. As well, in his references to the Qur'anic readings, he relied on the Qur'anic books of the Companions, and he used to mention what the Companions mentioned in their Qur'anic readings. The most prominent findings of the study: By carefully reading Ibn Kathir's tafsir, the abundance of knowledge and wisdom of its owner can be confirmed. It is seen that the way of conveying the Qur'anic recitations, whether in mutawatir or shaz qira'ats, differs from one to another, and makes short and sometimes long explanation. Recitations differences in the Qur'an is that it increases the meanings and deduces jurisprudence from them. Recitations differences of the Qur'an is that it is a mercy of Allah to His servants by making this great book easy for His servants. This difference is a difference of diversity, not a difference of opposition.
حاشية دده عمر روشني ضياء الدين الآيديني (ت: 892 هـ)على تفسير البيضاوي من أول سورة الذاريات إلى نهاية سورة الحاقة دراسة وتحقيقا
The research deals with a valuable scientific work, which is "Hashiyat Daddah Omar Roshni Diaa al-Din al-Aydini (d.: 892 AH) on the interpretation of al- Baydawi (from the beginning of Surat al-Dhariyat to the end of Surat al-Haqqah) as a study and investigation. Encyclopedia in Arabic sciences, the Holy Qur'an, the Prophet's hadith, jurisprudence, principles and creed in the context of commenting on Al-Baydawi's words, in addition to resolving some of the objections and problems contained therein with regard to similar verses that need interpretation and careful consideration. The nature of the investigation required that the researcher divide his research into two parts: the academic section, which included two chapters; In the first chapter, he introduces the author, his name, lineage, upbringing, surname, elders, students, and monuments. In the second chapter, he introduces the manuscript and the author's approach and style. The researcher tries to verify the authenticity of the title and its attribution to the author. He also worked on examining the copies of the manuscript, describing them, and describing the method he relied on in investigation and commentary. The investigation section contained the verified text in which the researcher took care of grading the noble verses, the noble hadiths of the Prophet, and the sayings of linguists, rhetoricians, interpreters, and jurists. The research concluded with a conclusion in which he mentioned the most prominent results, namely: the manuscript was distinguished by its good presentation, organization, and arrangement in tracking and commenting on Al-Baydawi's sayings, as well as the author's interest in the linguistic, grammatical, and rhetorical aspects in the context of commenting on the verses, by returning the words to their linguistic root, and clarifying their morphological derivation, their syntactic location, and the differences The semantics between the single word in the Qur'anic contexts with the reasoning for that in an attempt to highlight the Qur'anic system and its miraculousness, as well as the author's care in responding to the suspicious and embodied in the similar verses that they took as a pretext for their corrupt beliefs. فعي اجلَامييه رييَفْس ت ِفي طُِبيَيألحْكَام القُرْآنمنسورة النساء إىل هناية سورة يوسفً(مجعا ً ودراسة)
Fankalat is one of the interpretation methods used by commentators in the past. Fankalat is a directive to the issues presented during the interpreter's reasoning by asking and then answering a question on a particular topic. It can be mind-opening. Sometimes it can be used to banish possible objections, or to remove a delusional suspicion. Fankalat is a word actually spoken, or a disagreement among scholars, or an idea set in the interpreter's mind. The researcher adopted the objective approach as a way to achieve his goal in the current study. He applied inductive working methods and explored where they occurred. Afterwards, he did research and the inference path was clarified according to scientific principles and rules. The possibility of using Fankalat to achieve the goal is one of the most important results I have achieved. Each Fankalat can be a separate research topic. Each Fankalat consists of title, introduction and subject content, and finally the result. Al-Kurtubi used about 200 Fankalats in his tafsir. In this research, I have considered 67 of them, distributed in the suras from the Nisa period to the period of Yusuf. Many of the fankalat were transferred from other commentators, Al-Kurtubi mentioned in many places.
فرائد اللآلئ للعلامة يحيى بن عبد الله فخر الدين الرومي في الفقه الحنفي(ت: 864ه) من باب الشركة إلى باب العتق (دراسةً وتحقيقاً)
This thesis investigated a section of the book "Farad Al-La'ali" which wroted by the sufi hanafi jurist sheikh Yahya bin Abdullah Fakhr al-Din al-Adranwi (d. 864 AH): from the chapter of al-Sharikah (partnership) to the chapter of al-Itiq (manumission). The book is a summary of the fatwas of Hanafi jurisprudence, arranged on the chapters of jurisprudence that collected from the explanations and fatwas. The importance of this book comes from being specific to issues that people share and need all the time and they ask scholars and specialists about them. It also included strange, rare and controversial fatwas of the Hanafi jurists. The study followed the historical descriptive approach in presenting the biographical and scholarly biographies of the author and the political, social and educational aspects of his era, while the scientific method used in the investigation and commentary on the book: such as writing the text, justify the text with diacritics, comparing the copies, attributing the sayings, and extracting the issues and documenting them. The most important conclusion of the study was: The author The author quoted more than a hundred books of precious hanafı sources most of them are still in manuscript form, not printed yet and some of them are lost. Likewise, most of the author's mental and logical reasoning when rooting for the researched jurisprudential issues, and his citation of the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah are few. As well as the creativity of the Sheikh in dividing the book into chapters, and put the issues into sections to make it easier to benefit from, he was also proficient in dealing with jurisprudential issues and choosing the most correct of the sayings according to evidence and utility. The author also put forward a lot of important fatwas on issues of partnership, waqf, marriage, divorce, breastfeeding and manumission in a way that benefits specialists, students and Judicial and legislative specialists. Keywords: Jurisprudence(fiqh), Faraed Al-La'ali, Yahya Al-Roumi, al-Sharikah (partnership), al-Itiq (manumission)
القواعد الفقهية المستخدمه من كتاب البحر الرائق لابن نجيم الحنفي
The research study the "jurisprudential rules extracted from the book "Al-Bahr Al-Ra'iq" by Ibn Nujaim Al-Hanafi, who died (970 AH). The researcher chose this book firstly for the well-known scientific status of its author and his book "Al-Bahr Al-Ra'iq" The researcher defined the terminology and principles of jurisprudence, and studied the history of the jurisprudential rule, its origin, the development of its terminology and its most prominent characteristics. Then he presents a chapter on the rules found in the book (Al-Bahr Al-Ra'iq) and the sub-issues that fall under each rule by returning each branch to its origin. He compares what was stated in the book as a jurisprudential body for the Hanafis, and the rest of the four schools of jurisprudence, in specific aspects related to the rule and Ibn Nujaim's application of it in various cases and issues. The originality of this research lies in collecting these rules by extracting them from this book, and comparing them with what was mentioned in other books and texts, and to know how to apply them, including what Ibn Nujaim applied in terms of facts and rulings in various jurisprudential issues, It also helps to understand Ibn Nujaim's jurisprudential personality, due to his deep understanding of the fundamentals of the Hanafi school of jurisprudence with his intelligence and farsightedness. The researcher followed the inductive and analytical approach when collecting jurisprudential rules and their applications scattered in the books of jurisprudence and principles, analyzing these rules and extracting what branches from them and builds on them from the jurisprudential branches. He also followed the comparative approach when comparing the Hanafi school with other schools of jurisprudential issues and rules, highlighting similarities and differences. The most important results reached: Statement of the sources from which Ibn Nujaim took his rulings and rules, As well as presenting models for the application of these jurisprudential rules in various jurisprudential events according to Ibn Nujaim's understanding, as well as Ibn Nujaim's reasoning with many jurisprudential rules that have a valid legal origin from the Qur'an or Sunnah. Ibn Nujaim also benefited from what the previous scholars left in Islamic jurisprudence, and his sources came all authentic which considered as mother books of the Hanafi school such as: Al-Nihaayah Sharh of Al-Hidaya, al-Sarraj al-Wahaj, Explanation of Mukhtasar Al-Qadouri and Explanations of al-Wiqayah and al-Niqayah, and so on.
المدرسة النجدية في التفسي ابن السعدي نموذجا
The researcher saw that making the Najdi school in the interpretation the subject of his thesis prepared for studying for a master's degree, intent on reading history and interpretative texts with impartiality, in order to answer the main question by the message, which is (the value of this explanatory school compared to other schools), and the sub- questions generated by it. It was necessary for the researcher to develop a plan that surrounds the subject in all its aspects, so the researcher divided his message into two main parts, the first part (Najdi School in Interpretation) consists of three chapters. The first chapter was paved and defined by this school from a historical point of view, examining it geographically, scientifically and politically. Then came the second chapter, indicating and explaining the curriculum of this school in the interpretation, and clarifying the positives and intakes of this school and displaying it in a detailed and analytical way. The third chapter followed by explaining different models for three important stages that this school went through, so these explanatory models were consistent with the general curriculum, different in method and style. As for the second part of the message (Ibn Al-Saadi as a model), the most prominent scholars of this explanatory school were Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Nasser Al-Saadi with his interpretation (Tayser alkareem Al-Rahman fe tafser kalam Al-mannan). The fifth chapter followed, indicating the most important rules of interpretation for Ibn al-Saadi (interpretation by the dictum) and then in the second basis of the explanatory rules, which is discipline (the science of the Qur'an). Then the sixth chapter came with a statement of Ibn Al-Saadi's approach to two important aspects, except: monotheism and jurisprudence, by presenting each aspect and explaining it, with the examples shown for that. Then the researcher concluded his message with the seventh chapter, with interpretative tecxts selected from the interpretation of Ibn Al-Saadi, explaining his deep knowledge, indicating his understanding. One of the results of this message was to know the truth of this interpretative school, the effect it left on the interpretation of the Book of God Almighty, and the danger of adopting general ideas and charges that are destroyed, not built, and separated and not collected.

The research discusses an invaluable genre of the Islamic heritage. It is the thesis of the Scholar, Muhammad Bin Abi Baker, the so-called, Sajekli Zada, on the interpretation of Al-Kadi Al-Baidawi, which is entitled: " A Thesis in Refuting What Al- Baidawi interpolated in his interpretation, as related to the illusions of the philosophers". The research consists of two chapters: The First Chapter: the academic section, which consists subjects: The First Subject talks about the autobiography of Sajekli Zada. It contains five issues. The first issue talks about his name, surname and title. The second issue contains his origination, character, doctrine, and ethics. The third issue contains his sheiks and students. Sheikh Shams al-Din al-Masri is considered one of the scholars of the ninth century AH. He learned from the great scholars, most notably the father of Sheikh al-Masry, known as Ibn Hamid, Imam al-Busayri Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani, Ibn Raslan, and others. His interpretation is one of the most important books of interpretation, as he found in it solid and valuable sciences, as he found in it: interpretation, readings, rhetoric, grammar, and other sciences. This research dealt with the study and investigation of a part of the Islamic heritage, which included the investigation of: Surat al-Tawbah, from the book of Sheikh Shams al-Din al-Masri, known as The Interpretation of the Great Qur'an by Shams al-Din Muhammad al-Masri al-Shafi'i. What the study found was that the author followed a clear and beautiful approach in his interpretation, as he began the surah by mentioning its name, and indicated whether it was Meccan orMedinan, and mentioned the reason for its revelation. The Qur'an with the sayings of the companions and followers. As he mentioned the interpretation by opinion, he cited the sayings of the commentators: such as Al-Baydawi, Al-Zamakhshari and Al- Qurtubi. The author also took care of the Qur'anic miracles, and mentioned the effects with lessons and benefits from the surahs. He also mentioned the jokes in grammar, rhetoric, and morphology, and discussed the jurisprudential and doctrinal issues in their place in the verse, but more than mentioning the sayings without referring to their end, but this does not diminish the scientific value of the interpretation.
حاشية إسحاق القَرْماني على تفسير القاضي البيضاوي(من أول سورة النبأ إلى نهاية سورة الشمس) دراسةً وتحقيقاً
This research deals with a footnote on the interpretation of Al-Baydawi, from the beginning of Surat Al-Naba' to the end of Surat Al-Shams, as a study and investigation, by one of the scholars of the ninth century, Isaac Al-Qarmani. For this purpose, he drew from the sciences of the Holy Qur'an, between the Meccan and the Medinan, the number of verses in the surahs and their arrangement, the reasons for revelation, and the Qur'anic readings. It is also among the jurisprudential issues that were mentioned in the verses without expansion, mostly confined to the Hanafi school of thought, and tried to respond to the Mu'tazila and other Islamic sects about God's creation of the actions of the servants, or the atheist sects who denied the resurrection. The nature of the investigation necessitated that the researcher divide the study into three chapters: the first chapter dealt with the author's personal and scientific biography, and in the second chapter he studied the manuscript, its copies, the author's methodology and its sources, and the third chapter included the investigated text, where the researcher cared to extract the verses, hadiths and sayings in it. The research concluded with some results, the most important of which is the diversity of the author's approaches in his reliance on a large number of sciences from which he drew his explanations and clarifications, and the richness of his sources from which he stated the transfer of many of them. The study does not stand on any other interpretation.

The study of the names of the sounds in the Quran is one of the studies that help to clarify the linguistic methods used, The work of this research is based on knowing the origin, meaning, connotation, the linguistic, verbal, and phonetic timbre of the word and proving that this sound is the sound of something that exists, regardless of whether it is within the audible or inaudible boundaries, There are sounds whose meaning and musical timbre are indicated by the following: there are whispered, hidden sounds that are almost not included in the auditory frequencies of the human ear, and there are high sounds that the human ear cannot handle, It is a very high frequency that leads to the destruction and torment of the person exposed to these sounds, In this research, I followed the objective inductive approach in analyzing and interpreting the word and knowing its phonetic aspects that contribute to giving meaning to the word. The sounds are divided into several sections, including a section on humans, a section on animals and inanimate objects, The research also concluded that there is a relationship between the sound uttered in the Arabic language, and the meaning and significance of that sound in the Qur'an, the importance of the study lies in its contribution to the understanding of the Quranic text, in addition to tilizing linguistic studies in interpreting the meaning and significance of sound.
المسائل التي خالف فيها الإمام أبو حنيفة الجمهور في الجنايات والحدود
The difference between the jurists is a result of the jurisprudence that Muslims have followed since the time of the Prophethood and beyond, as the legal texts bear multiple meanings. Also, perceptions and understandings differ from one person to another. Therefore, it was natural for the existence of a difference in rulings between the jurists according to their differences in understanding the texts, and among these differences is the disagreement of Imam Abu Hanifa to the jurists. This research aims to clarify some of the issues in which Imam Abu Hanifa disagreed with the rest of the jurists in the chapters on crimes and hudud. He collected them in an independent study and explained the origin on which the imam relied in his disagreements. It is also clear that knowledge of the provisions of crimes and hudud requires the necessity of knowing their details and vocabulary throughout the ages by all Muslims who are required to implement the Sharia. In order for the study to achieve its objectives, the researcher followed the historical descriptive approach when introducing Imam Abu Hanifa and his scientific biography, and the analytical inductive approach when collecting issues in which the imam disagreed with the public in cases of crimes and hudud, analyzing these opinions and extracting evidence for each team, then weighting according to the preponderance of the argument and the legitimate interest, and this was done Referring to the books of jurisprudence approved in the four schools of thought and contemporary encyclopedias of jurisprudence on the subject. The conclusions of the study were as follows: Imam Abu Hanifa wasn't fanatical like other scholars, but what he disagreed with was based on evidence of the principles of the Sharia, and among the issues with which the public disagreed: with regard to issues of killing by weight and drowning, limiting the tools that indicate intent and intentionality In killing on what cuts flesh and skin, such as iron and fire, and also among them: his condition to kill whoever killed a Muslim in the abode of war, Islam and residency in the abode of Islam, while the majority stipulated Islam only, just as the apostate woman is not killed with him, but rather imprisoned and repented until she returns to Islam. In sum, the difference between the jurists is evidence of the flexibility of Islamic law and its validity for all times and places.
