Abstract (EN)

In this study, the production of nanofibrous structures was carried out with fish scales (BP), which creates environmental waste, silver nitrate nanoparticles (AgNO₃) and poly(lactic acid) (PLA) carrier polymer, and the characteristics of the produced surfaces were investigated. Fish gelatine was obtained from fish scales, which is a waste of the fishing industry. The obtained fish gelatin was used together with Ag and PLA in the electrospinning unit for the production of nanofibrous structures. Fish gelatin and Ag obtained from fish scales were added to 10% PLA solution at three different rates. Nanofiber production was carried out by feeding the prepared solution from a 10 ml syringe to the collector at a distance of 10 cm under 11 kV voltage with a feed rate of 0.5 ml per hour. The characterization of the produced nanofibrous surfaces was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fouirer transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX).
