Abstract (EN)
Human resources management in enterprises to maximize productivity of the human factor carries out activities on behalf of. Employees to perform work at maximum efficiency is the main objective. Employees, from being seen as an additional cost, investments must be made in the necessary training and support the development of applications that need to be considered as a source of business is key. In this context, the subject of study the feasibility of electronic media is human resource management. The aim of the study of human resource management, with an explanation of the importance and function of human resource management of electronic media was to demonstrate the feasibility. Working under the direction of literature and an application was prepared by the tax authorities. As a result of the personnel of the Mission in accordance with the detailed analysis of the success and development of the capabilities provided by the. All institutions, on-the-spot and impartial decisions related to running, closely followed the success or failure of the personnel, their ability to be supportive and corrective measures to be taken without any way to late and in this way to assure maximum evaluation of working on behalf of my data.
