The defects in the disciplinary investigations of the law enforcement agency and suggestions for their solution.

Security is one of the indispensable rules of the social life. The Law enforcement agency assigned to ensure this security is a natural part of the social life. The Personnel of Law Enforcement Agency as the public servants equipped with the authority to use force must obey the rules of human rights while performing their duties. Of course, their being exposed to slanders must be avoided during their performance of duties.The legislation shaping the disciplinary investigations of the Law Enforcement Agency is in a disorderly manner. This situation causes a number of defects. A fair trial is needed for the public servants in inflicting disciplinary penalties to them.In our study an attempt has been made to mention the defects in the disciplinary investigations of the Law Enforcement Agency starting from the Public Servants Law. The duty and the authority of the disciplinary boards in the Law enforcement agency have been stated. Finally, an attempt has been made to inform on the ways of objections to the disciplinary penalties.
