Abstract (EN)

A problem is a situation which includes struggles to achieve certain targets and, to that end, requires to find various soultions (meanings) in order to actieve these targets. Problems include an existing situation and a target. The person who solves problems frequently has to establish sub-targets and achieve them. Problem solving has generally been defined as formulization of a new answer and introducing the applicaitons of simple rules learned so as to figure out a solution. Problem solving is the primary responsibility of all directors. The importance of the process of problem solving should be completely understood by all school directors, because school administration is basically a problem solving process. A considerable part of the duties of directors is related to problem solving. To that end, school directors should fully comprehend the proplems their institutions face, be acquainted with them and put new solution proposals.
