Pertev Pasha copy of Envârü'l-Âşıkîn (1b-132b) (Introduction, orthography properties, text, index, facsimile examples)

This thesis consisting of five main chapter as Introduction, Orthography Properties, Text, Index ve Facsimile Examples, is based on the 1b-132b papers of the Pertev Pasha copy of Envârü'l-Âşıkîn which is written by Ahmedi-i Bîcân in the second half of XV and copied in the first quarter of XVI. century. Pertev Pasha copy of this book is the earliest copy that the copying date is clear. In the first chapter of this study, some issues such as the process of Old Anatolian Turkish having become written language, and life, family, and works of Ahmed-i Bîcân, written place and date of Envârü'l-Âşıkîn, subject of this work have been discussed, after giving information about aim and methodology of the thesis. In the second chapter, it has been attempted to discuss orthography of Arabic and Persian words and phrases, orthography of Turkish words, vowels and consonants, and the usage of hemze in the Turkish words in the Pertev Pasha copy, besides the detailed examination of the attitude of the copyist in both the Turkish words and the cited words. In the third chapter of this study, it has been presented the Pertev Paşa's transcribed text, which is the earliest copy of the work's specified date, and despite few exceptions, the wording of copyist was not interfered. In the fourth chapter, it has been formed a grammatical index of the text, and in the last chapter, that is Facsimile Examples, it has been presented exemplary photographs of the Pertev Pasha copy.
