Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the effects of organic and inorganic plant nutrition applications with pruning charge applied in two different bud numbers on yield and quality were investigated In the study, except control groups, in pruning applications of 30 or 40 buds per vine were fertilized with Poultry manure (PM), Poultry manure + Chemical foliar fertilizer (PM + CFF) or Poultry manure + Organic foliar fertilizer (PM+ OFF) and their results were evaluated on yield and quality. Within the scope of the pruning aspects, the statistically significant trails were the number of wings in bunch of grapes (P <0.01), titratable acidity and pH (P <0.05). Leaf element contents were found important for phosphorus (P <0.01), manganese and nickel (P <0.05) in terms of pruning applications. When the study is evaluated in terms of fertilizer applications, the yield amount per vine was statistically significant (P <0.01); yield was increased in both pruning groups compared to control. Moreover, the number of seed (P <0,01), first shoot length (P <0.01), titratable acidity (P <0.05), pH (P <0.01), SSC (P <0. 05) and maturity index (P <0.01) were also significantly different for fertilizer applications. When element contents were examined, fertilizer applications were found important for P, Mg, Cu, Fe, Na, Cd, Cr and Ni (P <0.01). In occlusion, in general the applications, in terms of quality and quantitative aspects, have caused increases; organic applications were more prominent.
