Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of different attachment styles of adolescents on anger and anxiety. Descriptive and descriptive research model was used. Data were collected within the scope of field research to verify established hypotheses. The universe of the study consisted of 330 students studying at Çözüm Educational Institutions operating in Kartal District of Istanbul Province in the academic year of 2018-2019. The questionnaire was distributed to 170 students and 164 questionnaires were included in the study. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The questionnaire form consisted of questions related to demographic characteristics, Bind Styles - Relationship Scales Questionnaire (SCI), Trait Anger Expression Scale (STSS) and Beck's Anxiety Inventory. Data analysis was done by SPSS 16 package program. In the process of analyzing data, descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t test and ANOVA test were used. Pearson Correlation test was used for hypothesis testing. At the end of the study, it was found that there was a statistically significant weak and negative correlation between secure attachment style and trait anger; there was a statistically significant weak and positive relationship between fearful attachment style and controlled anger; the fearful attachment style and internalized anger status were statistically significantly weak and positive; The relationship between fearful attachment style and anxiety was statistically significant.
