Abstract (EN)
Independent Contractor Agreement, which is an important legal arrangement for the current business transactions, lays down the rules for the relationships between Independent Contractor and Business Owner. Delivery of a defective product is an important topic in the context of Independent Contractor Agreement. This master thesis studies the mutual responsibilities of Business Owner and Independent Contractor in the case of a defective product delivery. Mutual responsibilities of Business Owner and Independent Contractor has been studied including a comprehensive literature review, sample court decisions and discussions in the jurisprudence.
