Abstract (EN)

In this research, Marriage Satisfaction, Psychological Well-Being and Burnout Conditions of Wife Working Abroad were investigated. For this purpose, 222 female individuals living in the province of Hatay and their husbands working abroad, volunteer participants were studied with a sample group. These women are illiterate, elementary, middle, high school and university graduates. The number of children of women with low, medium and high economic levels varies and the number of childrens by numbering them into 1,2,3,4 and above options. The Marriage Satisfaction Scale" was used to measure marital satisfaction and"Psychological Well-being. The "Short Burnout Scale Short Form"and Personal Information Form were distribute to the sample group. The analysis is done by SPSS 23 package program. In the study, the normal distribution test of continuous variables was carried out with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. "Cronbach"s Alfa en KR 20 en coefficients were used for the reliability of the data set obtained from the scales used. The group "Kruskall Wallis H" test was used for more than two groups in the variables that did not realize the normal distribution assumption. As a result of the analysis; It was found that there was a statistically significant difference according to education level of children with the level of insecurity and sustainability of activities outside the house showed a statistically significant difference; It was found that there was a statistical difference.
