Abstract (EN)
The concept of enzyme catalysis, non-covalent interactions, host-mediated reactionsand catalysis by supramolecular systems are breefly discussed.A chiral micelle starting from (R)-2-amino-1-butanol was prepared and its catalyticeffect on the alkaline hydrolysis of enantiomerically pure p-nitrophenyl esters of (R)-and (S)-3-phenyl butanoic acid was tested. It was found that micelle selectivelycatalysis the hydrolysis of R-ester compared to that of S-ester with a % 30 ee.
