Abstract (EN)
Recent studies have looked at the impact of chronic kidney disease and diabetes mellitus on the levels of high sensitivity C reactive protein, lipid profiles (TG, Ch, LDL, VLDL, HDL), and biochemical indices (blood glucose, HbA1c, urea, and creatinine) in Iraqi patients. Blood indices taken from patients and analyzed in the lab may be used to determine the indices values. The months of January through June 2022, patients with kidney disease and diabetes mellitus were collected and examined at Al-Sadr Teaching Hospital in Amara, Maysan, Iraq, where the results of previous clinical reports, physical exams, and laboratory tests revealed that 120 of them were sick (2022). There are 40 healthy control volunteers (female and male) matched in sex and age, who will be used to compare the study outcomes. Consequently, we can conclude hematological and that biochemical assessment (high sensitivity c reactive protein, TG, Ch, LDL, VLDL, HDL, glucose, HbA1c, urea, and creatinine) revealed a significant increase (p≤0.05-0.01) in the amount of levels in the serum of patients with CKD and DM when compared to healthy control subjects (female and male). These findings indicate that CRD and diabetes are the primary causes of changes in biochemical and hematological markers in patients.
