Abstract (EN)

In the underdeveloped and developing countries, making the economic growth depends on increment of export and so encouragement of export. In the developed countries, increasing and encouraging export have the importance with regards to protect and increase available share in the foreign markets and take the share from new markets. Increasing of exports has also attached importance in Turkey which has followed the 'Export Oriented Growth Model' since 1980, and various export incentives have been implemented depending on this development strategy. The aim of these incentives implemented are to; increase the export, gain the competition power to Turk exported goods in the international markets and diversity the exported goods.
