Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, many of the factors affect the harmony between spouses who are married in difficult life circumstances. If the marital adjustment can not be established, marriages may end up with divorce. The divorce rate in our country has been increasing each year. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of marital harmony and sexual problems on the rate of divorces. For this purpose, Arizona sexual experiences and marital harmony scales were applied to couples who had been admitted to a private practice clinic in Istanbul and who were about to get a divorce. The data were evaluated in SPSS program. A positively significant relation was determined between the sub-dimensions of the sexual experiences scale and marital harmony scale.
