Abstract (EN)
In today's world, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) have become very important. In order for NGOs to reach their goals, it is important to show high performance. The aim of this study is to determine the factors that might affect the performance of NGOs. For this purpose, data were collected from 103 NGOs in Turkey. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and partial least squares structural equation modeling. As a result of analyses, it was found out that monitoring and evaluation M&E is the most important factor that affects the performance of NGOs.
