Abstract (EN)

Dental implants are frequently used in dentistry due to various indications. At the success of dental implants; various factors such as the patient's systemic status, oral hygiene, quality and quantity of bone, macro and micro geometry of dental imlant, forces and prosthetic superstructure is effective. In the evaluation of dental implants, clinical practices and in vitro studies are extremely significant. Especially, evaluation of the correlation between the bone quality and different implant designment biomechanically and obtain values of stress on bone and implant clinically are extremly difficult. Consequently, we reviewed the the literature, there were many in vitro studies using different methods of stress analysis. In our study, 4 different endosteal implats which were 3.75 mm, 4.2 mm in diameter and 11.5 mm in length were used. Dental implants, abutment structure and prosthetic superstructure (crown) have become 3D solid models using NextEngine 3D laser scanner and Rhinoceros 4.0 software program. Four different models (D1, D2, D3 and D4 bone qualities) for insertion of the implants were designed. A load of 300 N was applied in vertical and oblique direction to the prosthetic superstructure. As a result, Von Mises stress values on dental implants and bone models were investigated by using Finite Element Analysis (FEM). The effects of various dental implant designments for different bone qualities were evaluated.
