Abstract (EN)

Today, organizations must manage a diverse and multi-generational workforce in the rapidly evolving business world. This study was carried out to determine the relationship between the job performance, organizational commitment and job engagement of organizational employees from different generations. The study was designed with a quantitative research design in the general survey model. The data of the research was collected through online surveys. The target audience of the study was chosen to be public institutions and individuals working in the private sector. In this context, data was collected from a total of 413 individuals. The data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS program. Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Kruskall-Wallis, Mann Whitney-U tests and regression analyzes were used to analyze the data. The analysis results showed that the total scores of employees in the older generations regarding their job performance levels were relatively high. Similarly, it was determined that the total scores of employees in older generations regarding job engagement levels were relatively higher. In addition, the job performance levels of employees who are high school graduates are higher than those with other education levels. On the other hand, as a result of the regression analysis, it was determined that job retention levels did not have a mediating effect on the effect of employees' job performance on their organizational commitment.
