Abstract (EN)
In this study, which was carried out with vermicompost (VC) and farm manure (FM) applications with olive black water (OMW) added at different rates, it was aimed to increase the persistence of organic matter (OM) in the soil with the effect of OMW. For this purpose, OM: OMW ratios of 1:0.5, 1:1 and 1:2 were prepared and these mixtures were incubated at field capacity moisture content for 30 days. At the end of the incubation, the incubator trial was started after the mixtures of VC and VC, with the addition of OMW, were mixed at the rate of 20% to the potting soil. The effects of the applications on CO2, DHA, MBC, OM, pH and EC in the soil were determined by soil analyzes performed at 0, 15, 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. According to the results of the research, CO2, DHA and MBC values of microbial properties and soil organic matter (SOM) contents increased with VC and FM applications. Microbial soil properties gave higher values with WG applications than with VC applications. TOM contents and EC values gave higher results in VC applications than FM. KS additions increased soil microbial activities more than zero application soils (S0). However, DHA results were lower in SG variant soils with added KS. The lowest and highest overall average values of the differences between applications and zero application soils (S0) are 69 g gkt-1 24 h-1 (S FM OMW2) and 132 g gkt-1 24 h-1 (S VC OMW3) for CO2, 8 g TPF gkt-1 (S VC OMW1) and 28 g TPF gkt-1 (S FM OMW3) for DHA, 137 g gkt-1 (TSG) and 475 g gkt-1 for MBC (S FM) and 1.01% (S FM OMW3) and 1.70% (T VC) for SOM. According to the results of the research, the negative effects of CS applied with organic fertilizer were significantly reduced. With appropriate OMW and OM applications, soil microbial activity and SOM content can show positive developments.
