Abstract (EN)

This, study, which was carried out at an altitude of 682 meters in Seyitali District of Kula district of Manisa province in 2018, cultivation environments using different organic fertilizers (worm manure, farm manure, sheep wool pellet, peat, chicken manure and their combinations) and different strawberry varieties (Albion, Monterey, Sabrina and Rubygem) seedlings in order to obtain quality and healthy seedlings in strawberry cultivation. It has been determined that all applications carried out during the experiment caused increases in seedling yield and quality. At the end of the experiment, seedlings obtained from the unit area were counted, divided into quality classes, root lengths and stem diameters were measured, and dry matter stored in the stem and stem were calculated. During the observations made on different dates, the development status of the main plants in the plots, the retention rates of the seedlings and the arm release dates of the seedlings were determined. These properties, which play a role in seedling quality, were examined and the effects of organic applications were determined. As a result of the observations, the highest retention rate was observed in strawberry varieties in peat application. The highest holding rate in strawberry varieties was observed in Albion cultivar. The first arm throw was seen as the earliest in chicken manure application. It was determined that all strawberry seedling varieties threw arms in chicken manure on the same date. The maximum number of seedlings (270.67 units / m²) from the unit area II. It is obtained from Albion variety in the application of quality sheep wool pellets. Considering the length of the stem and root, which play a role in seedling quality, the longest root appeared in Albion variety in chicken manure application. When looking at the body thicknesses of strawberry seedlings in the experiment, the highest value in the quality of sheep wool pellet was seen in Albion variety with 18.88 mm.
