Abstract (EN)

Most ovarian cancers are diagnosed at an advanced stage therefore its important to efficient treatment. The biggest problem for known cancer therapies is that chemotherapy can also damage normal cells. For evading from immun system, drug dosage can be increased but that means more healthy cells can be death. In this work we aimed solving that problems about ovarian cancer with targeted treatment. For eliminating the problem of biocompability of erythrocyte vesicles were prepared from the people's their own cells and doxorubicin loaded magnetic nanoparticles were encapsulated into erythrocyte vesicles. It is known that ovarian cancer cells produce more folate receptor so folate was anchored to vesicles. 38,70 µg folat-PEG-DSPE was insortioned per each 1 mL ghost cells. Doxorubisin loaded magnetic nanoparticles were encapsulated about 98% efficiency. Followed by biocompatibility tests and cytotoxicity studies on A2780, OVCAR3 and SKOV3 ovarian cancer cell lines were performed. Based on the data, it was found that biomimetic drug delivery system biocompatible and it causes cytotoxicity in cells by interacting with folate receptor. As a result, it is thought that the design biomimetic doxorubicin transport systems have the potential to provide personalized treatment in ovarian cancer.
