Examination of Communication Levels of Club Med of Athletes, Coaches and Administrators in Football Clubs A good communication between coach-athlete-manager is one of the important factors in ensuring team success. A good communication between the coach, the athlete and the manager can also lead to a realistic self-criticism system. In this study, it has been aimed to reveal the current state of communication between athletes, coaches and managers playing in the 3rd Amateur League (Bölgesel Amatör Ligi) football clubs. In addition, the importance of communication in sports clubs has been emphasized, trying to find out what communication features are and what needs to be done to increase success and achieve the goals. While the universe of the study is composed of the football clubs of Elazığ, Malatya, Adıyaman, Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, Şanlıurfa, Tunceli and Kilis cities playing in the 3rd Amateur League, the sample of the study is the footballers playing in these clubs who were selected by the random method. When the data were analyzed, the percent and frequency analyzes were used. Also T-test was used for the mean of the two groups for comparing the group averages, and Anova test was used for the two group averages. The level of significance in the statistical analyzes was taken as p <.05. At the end of the analysis, it has been found out that, sportsmen have an average level of communication in sports clubs, and there are differences in terms of communication in sports clubs according to the sportsman's age; concerning communication, there are also differences between the sportsman and director according to monthly income, and between the sportsman and coach according to training periods. Sports clubs should establish communication units to increase the team success by providing a good communication among the sportsman, coach and director.
