Abstract (EN)
Risk analyzes should not be considered only in the field of occupational health and safety. Risk analyzes can also be used effectively to improve the processes of companies. With appropriate evaluations, companies can improve their processes and products, reduce costs and prevent possible accidents. Hence, preventive actions should be determined as a result of an objective risk analysis study. Actions should be chosen and implemented by taking into account the company's interests. In this study, a risk analysis study covering the processes of a medium-sized production company and an integrated risk assessment including action selection for high-score hazards as a result of risk analysis are presented. Hazards identified in company processes were evaluated using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and integrated scores were obtained. In order to increase objectivity and remove the uncertainties, these methods were evaluated with fuzzy logic and the hazards were re-evaluated. Preventive action planning was performed for high-score hazards based on the integrated scores obtained as a result of fuzzy logic integration. Determining which of the actions will be implemented optimally is very important in terms of using the limited resources of the company effectively. Therefore, a mathematical model was created for action selection by using binary programming. The mathematical model was solved using the LINGO 19.0 program. Finally, sensitivity analysis was performed and the limits of the model were determined.
