The studies on Gaziantep folk culture analytical bibliography

When the history of Turkish culture and civilization is examined, it is seen that Turkish folklore has a better history than many tribes and nations in the world. One of the most important factors that provide this richness is the folklore products transferred from generation to generation. When the change and development of Turkish folklore is taken into consideration, the contribution made by some regions in folkloric sense to this increasing accumulation is undeniable. It can be said that Gaziantep is at the top of the provinces that add wealth to the richness of Turkish folklore. Here, the content of Gaziantep folklore and the variety of studies in this field prepared to reveal this study, the publications on the folklore of Gaziantep were brought together to analyze these publications. HAGEM 100 Classification List was used in order to provide a systematic classification. The classification included in this list was used as a sub-heading and the related study was included under this heading. Each study has been examined one by one, and publications that do not include folklore subjects have been excluded. As a result of the analyzes, while more publications and studies were included in some fields on Gaziantep folklore, it was concluded that some studies were insufficient or inadequate.
