Effects of religious levels on the risks of health professionals in the future (sample of Gümüşhane)

This study is a research aimed at determining the risks and risks that a state university is exposed to during the practice of students in the 3rd and 4th classes of the faculty of health sciences nursing department and to determine the effects of these students on their anxiety levels. The universe of the desctriptive and cross sectional type study was composed of the students (n=210 people) who were educated in the 3rd and 4th classes of the Nursing Department, of Health Sciences Faculty of Gümüşhane University in Semptember-October 2017. During the study period, 197 active students (93.8 percent of the universe) were attended to the classes. Sociodemographic charateristics and working conditions and the questionnnaire consisting of BAS and HWSS werw collected under direct observation. Percentage, mean, number, standart deviation, Chi-square test, Mann Whitney U and Kuskall Wallis, ANOVA and correlation analysis were used in the analysis of the data. 65% of the health professionals who participated in our research fort he future female, 34.5% are the male and the avarage is 21.59±1.40. The avarage score of the HWSS was higher fort he students who read the bulletin fort the provision of the patient and employee safety. In this study, it was determined that students were provided with occupational safety but experienced moderate anxiety. Key Words: Hospital, Future health professionals, Employee health securi.
