Abstract (EN)

Virtual organization, virtual office and virtual work applications are on increase due to the reflection of the developments in information technology on work life. The conventional offices and conventional office works are replaced with virtual offices and virtual office works.In this research has been studied to determine whether staff?s job satisfaction has changed in conventional office and virtual office or not. Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire is been used in the research.In the research 420 member staff working in a bank?s headquarters and virtual offices have taken the survey scaling.As an important result obtained in the research is the job satisfaction doesn?t indicate a difference from staff working?s demographic characteristices. Moreover the other important result is there is an expressive connection between job satisfaction with office types and it is appeared that productivity state in the work is indicative of difference with office types.
