Abstract (EN)

The purpose of the study is to determine the heart rate variability of young soccer players in different types of training; warming, training and recovery processes in three parts of the training. 15 young male football players (age 16) participated voluntarily from the U-16 team at the Bursaspor footballclub.Three different types of training were selected from the existing training programs which the club were applied, and heart rate variability (HRV) was measured during these training sessions. The exercises to which the measurements are to be applied are determined as quickness-agility, coordination and match-play training (match-format training). HRV was measured during 60 minutes in quickness-agility training, 70 minutes in coordination training, and 60 minutes in match training. Except training process, HRV measurements were made during a 15-minute warm-up and a 12-minute recovery process. Polar V800 devices were used for measurements. Data collection took 4 weeks. The obtained data were transferred to the computer environment and analyzed by "Time-domain" option in Kubios HRV Analysis program.Heart rate values (HR) were also evaluated with the assessment of HRV data. The analysis of the data is made as the difference of the "warm-up and training processes" and the "training-recovery processes" in three existing trainings types.Statistical analysis of the differences was performed using Repeated Measures ANOVA in the SPSS 22.0 for Windows (Chicago, IL, USA) package program and significance was set at an alpha level of 0.05. To see where the significant differences are, one of the Post-hoc test, Bonferroni applied. As a result of the data analysis, it was found that there was no statistically significant difference between the HRV values resulting from the difference of "warming-training" and "training recovery" of the existing training (p> 0.05).Statistically significant differences were found in the HR differences in the "warm-up" and "training-recovery" processes (p <0.05).As a result of the Bonferroni test, these differences described as: "quickness-agility, coordination" in the warm-up process; in the process of training-recovery, it is determined that they are between "quickness-agility, coordination" and "quickness-agility, match-play" training.
