An Examination of the Expectations and Level of Satisfaction of the Camp Leaders From the Camps Serving Under the Ministry of Youth and Sports Youth camps are being organized in Turkey as well, as young people are evaluating leisure time efficiently and aiming for a specific purpose all over the world. Youth Camps in Turkey and Youth Centers affiliated to the Ministry of Youth and Sports (GSB). This research was conducted in order to determine the opinions and satisfaction of the Camp Leaders who volunteered in GSB Youth Camps. The research universe consists of camp leaders who volunteered in GSB youth camps. The sample is 450 volunteer camp leaders active in the camps in 2016. As a data gathering tool, a questionnaire consisting of a personal information form and a Youth Camp Satisfaction Scale developed by the researcher were used. According to factor analysis, there are three dimensions of scale. The questions between S1-S15 are a sub-dimension, "Leader Evaluation" and S16-S25 are the sub-dimensions "Facility Evaluation" and S26-S32 are sub-dimensions and they are called "Program Responsibility Assessment". The internal consistency coefficient of the scale consisting of item 32 is calculated. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient was 0.815 and validity and reliability were proved.Non-parametric tests were used because normal distribution of data was not appropriate in the analyzes. Mann-Whitney U test was used in the comparison of the two groups. The Kruskall-Wallis test was used to compare three or more groups. The descriptive statistics of the data are given as the minimum (maximum-maximum), where the statistical significance level a = 0.05 was considered in the analyzes. According to the results of the research; While the dissatisfaction with the program's responsibilities of the participating camp leaders is at the forefront, there is a high level of satisfaction in the evaluation of the leader, which is followed by the satisfaction of the evaluation. The process that the program managers evaluated the camp leaders, it may be advisable to also develop an automatic system that will be used by the camp leaders to evaluated or assessed the program managers. Moreover, program managers can be provided with behavioural Psychology, and management issues in service training. Internship practice will be provided to leaders with new program responsibilities.
