Inentrepreneurship perspective Turkey's in the European Union the place in food safety

In order to be evaluated in the perspective of entrepreneurship and to investigate the place of Turkey in the European Union in food safety, the data of TUIK in the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) were obtained on a yearly basis and compared with the European Union countries. Food safety data of European Union countries were obtained electronically from Eurostat, Europages, OECD, Statista and Worldmeters, which are on the international platform. By comparing the obtained data with the import and export data of the countries, food expenditure and food safety data were obtained. Food products were divided into sectors and their share in food expenditure was calculated. Cluster analysis was performed to determine the clusters in which the countries are located and the food data of the countries in the same cluster were compared. Anova test was performed to test the suitability of the data used in the analysis.
