Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of the peracitic acid on the hatching parameters of the freshly fertilized and eyed rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) eggs was determined by exposing them to peracitic acid concentrations of 0 (control group), 0.25, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75 and 2.5mg / L for 30 to 60 minutes. In newly fertilized eggs; the highest fertilization rate was found in the control groups (99,21±0,02% ve 99,31±0,14%). The highest survival rate of the eyed eggs was in the groups which were exposed to 0,25 mg/L peracitic acid for 30 minutes. In parallel with the increase in peracetic acid concentration and application time, significant decreases were observed in fertilization and observation rates. Newly fertilized and eyed eggs; the highest hatching and free swimming pass rates were 94.45 ± 0.97% and 88.56 ± 1.22% in the group treated with 0.25mg/l peracitic acid for 30 minutes, respectively. Increases in peracetic acid concentration (2.50mg/l) and application time in newly fertilized eggs led to decreases in the rate of hatching and free swimming by 15.45 ± 0.69% and 10.88 ± 0.97%. For all parameters, the application of 0.25mg/l peracitic acid in the eyed egg period provided the most successful results. There was no negative effect of peracetic acid on the incubation period of newly fertilized and eyed rainbow trout eggs. Bacteria cultivation tests from the dead of the freshly fertilized eggs shows the presence of Pseudomonas sp. (42%) and Enterobacteriaceae bacteria (35%). Dead eyed eggs bacteria cultivation tests resulted Bacteria belonging to the Enterobacteriaceae family were found to be the dominant species.
