Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, honey samples were taken from the villages of Kelkit, Şiran and Köse districts of Gümüşhane province. The reason why honey samples were taken from only 3 different districts of Gümüşhane districts is that these 3 districts show very rich and similar characteristics compared to other districts in terms of geographical features and agricultural activities. The honey samples taken consist of flower honeys from 2021. In the collection of honey samples, locations close to the district centers and far from the district centers were taken into account. Pesticide residue analyzes in honey samples were made using GC-MS device. In the studies, 4 different pesticide components, namely Cyfluthrin, Cypermethrin, Deltamethrin and Malathion used in regional agriculture, were analyzed in 20 different strained flower honey. Analyzes are also shown visually with graphs and figures. Keywords: Honey, GC-MS, Pesticide
