Examination of the self-efficiency perceptions of students take high schools of fine arts in the Mediterranean Region individual voice education course

Inthisstudy, it wasaimedtodeterminethe self-efficacyperceptions of themusicdepartmentstudentsstudying at fineartshighschools in theMediterraneanRegion, byexaminingthemwithdifferentvariables, andtocontributetoeducation in linewiththisdetermination. Theresearch is a quantitativeresearchandwasestablished in thescreening model of descriptiveresearch. Thestudygroup of theresearch; 10th grade, 11th grade, 12th gradestudying at Mersin Nevit Kodallı FineArts High School, Adana Çukurova FineArts High School, Osmaniye Abdurrahman Keskiner FineArts High School, Antalya Chamber of Commerce andIndustryFineArts High School, Hatay Bedii Sabuncu FineArts High School; 139 femalestudentsand 78 malestudentsconstitute a total of 217 students. Individual Voice EducationLesson Self-efficacyscalewasused as a datacollectiontool in theresearch. It is thoughtthatthestudywillcontributetomusiceducation as it willfindsolutionstotheproblemsandproblemsarisingfromtheperception of self-efficacy in theindividualvoicetrainingcourse. Whenwelook at thefindingsobtained as a result of thisresearch, themusicdepartmentstudentsstudying at fineartshighschoolshavehigh self-efficacyperceptionlevels in theindividualvoiceeducationcourse, but there is nosignificantdifferencewhenlooking at thevariables of gender, classandtheschooltheyattend, andthere is nosignificantdifferenceaccordingtotheparentaleducationlevelvariable. Itwasconcludedthatthere is a significantdifference in the self-efficacyperceptionlevel of thestudentwith a highfamilyincome.
